Children and Adolescents

The journey from childhood into adulthood is rarely a straight line, and many young people encounter emotional hurdles that feel overwhelming.

I offer a supportive environment where children and teenagers can make sense of their world at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

For younger children, therapy often addresses developmental disruptions, family changes, or school-related anxieties. By exploring these feelings through play and creative activity, children develop the emotional resilience needed to feel secure within themselves.

Adolescence brings its own set of transitions, from identity development and academic pressure to friendship struggles and the search for independence. I provide a confidential space for teenagers to explore the deeper emotional meanings behind their thoughts and behaviours, helping them navigate risks, low mood, or social isolation with greater self-awareness.

I also offer parent consultations and workshops designed to strengthen the parent-child relationship. These sessions provide practical insights into child development and nervous system regulation, offering a reflective space for parents to support their child’s emotional wellbeing more effectively.
